How WholaHub works
WholaHub connects verified European suppliers of liquidation stock, customer returns, overstock and clearance goods with registered business buyers — end to end, from listing to delivery.
A marketplace, not a middleman
WholaHub does not buy or hold stock. Suppliers list what they actually have in their warehouses, buyers search and filter it, and the two companies contract directly. The platform handles discovery, verification and the record of the inquiry.
That structure keeps margins where they belong and means the price you see is the supplier’s price, not a resold one.

Verification and grading
Every supplier is checked against a business registration and a tax or VAT ID before their listings go live. Verified suppliers carry a badge, and their transaction history and reviews are public on their profile.
Goods are graded on a fixed scale — Grade A (as new), Grade B (minor defects), Grade C (visible defects), plus new goods, surplus stock, customer returns, insolvency goods and mixed goods. Suppliers are required to state the grade accurately, and disputed grades affect verification status.
Coverage and languages
Suppliers ship from Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Spain, with delivery across the EU and beyond by pallet, truckload or container.
The platform is available in English, German and Arabic. The language is selected automatically from the country you are browsing from and can be changed at any time from the header or the footer.
Frequently asked questions
- Is WholaHub open to consumers?
- No. WholaHub is a B2B marketplace. Buyers must be registered businesses with a valid trade registration and a VAT or tax ID.
- Does WholaHub hold the stock it lists?
- No. Suppliers hold and ship their own stock. WholaHub provides discovery, verification and the inquiry record; the contract is between the two companies.
- How does WholaHub make money?
- Sellers pay a commission on completed sales, plus optional paid upgrades such as featured placement. Buying is free.
- What is an RFQ?
- A request for quotation. Instead of contacting suppliers one by one, you post what you need — category, quantity, budget and timeline — and suppliers respond with offers.
